okay I played the Xinulai tourny thing and I got like 2 points. I can't fight the person that will give me my weapon though. Does anyone know where you can pick it up? ty

NPC doesn't exist yet. Patience is a virtue.

Plus these weapons won't help you at DoA so they aren't vital.
